Grafham Water Centre is always looking for seasonal Instructors to work at a wonderful location within a small friendly team. Working 5 days per week including some weekends, accommodation and meals are available and 23 days + statutory days holiday pro rata. You will have at least 1 of the following: SPA Assessed, BCU/UKCC Level 1 kayak/Canoe Coach, RYA Sailing Instructor, RYA Windsurf Instructor, and preferably an APIOL or RPIOL accreditation plus other NGB awards such as RYA Powerboat L2, GNAS Archery Leader Award or BSCA Mountain Bike Award. It would also be an advantage to have a current Criminal Records Certificate and driving license with D1 entitlement and trailer entitlement.

This is a rolling campaign as vacancies can arise at various times of the year. However, October to January are our key months for recruiting Instructors. Please contact the centre to find out what positions are currently available.
